The District Associations of North York Soccer Association (NYSA), Scarborough Soccer Association (SSA), and Toronto Soccer Association (TSA) have agreed to jointly establish a new outdoor soccer league for 2023.

Registration is open to all sanctioned soccer clubs with current membership in NYSA, SSA, or TSA. Sanctioned soccer clubs from other districts may apply for playing-in rights with either NYSA, SSA, or TSA. Registration for U8 to U18 will open on December 15th, 2022, on the T.O. Soccer League website.
