The District Associations of North York Soccer Association (NYSA), Scarborough Soccer Association (SSA), and Toronto Soccer Association (TSA) have agreed to jointly establish a new outdoor soccer league.

Registration is open to all sanctioned soccer clubs with current membership in NYSA, SSA, or TSA. Sanctioned soccer clubs from other districts may apply for playing-in rights with either NYSA, SSA, or TSA. Registration for U8 to U18 is open on the T.O. Soccer League website.
